TNC BOOST — Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes how the TNC BOOST Chrome extension (the "Extension") handles user data. TNC BOOST is a productivity tool designed for sellers using the Eldorado.gg marketplace.

1. Who We Are

TNC BOOST is developed and maintained by arche. Contact: arche@montade.com

2. What Data We Collect

The Extension stores the following locally on your device only using chrome.storage.local:

• Your configuration (price matrix, currency, message templates, ranges)
• Counters of offers prepared during a session (sent / skipped / failed)
• A randomly generated device identifier (UUID) used solely to bind a license to one computer
• Your activated license key, expiration date, and last-check timestamp

This data never leaves your device, except for the license validation described below.

3. License Validation

To verify that your license is valid, the Extension communicates with our license server hosted on Google Firebase Firestore. The Extension sends the following minimum data over HTTPS:

• Your license key (so we can look it up)
• The generated device identifier (only on first activation, to prevent license sharing)

We do not link this data to your name, IP address, browsing activity, or Eldorado account. The license server is queried at most once every 6 hours.

4. Data We Receive and Store on Our Server

For each license, our license database stores:

• License key
• The customer name and email only if you provided them at the time of purchase
• Plan duration and expiration date
• The device identifier of the activated computer

This information is used solely for license enforcement and customer support. It is not shared with third parties.

5. Permissions Justification

• storage — to save your configuration and license locally.
• notifications — to alert you of new orders on Eldorado.gg, only when you enable this option.
• alarms — to schedule periodic license re-checks.
• host_permissions: eldorado.gg — to read open orders and prefill the offer modal on the page you are viewing.
• host_permissions: firestore.googleapis.com — to validate your license against our server.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete all locally stored data at any time by removing the Extension from Chrome. To request deletion of license records associated with your purchase, contact arche@montade.com; we will remove the record within 14 days.

7. Children

The Extension is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Third-Party Services

• Google Firebase / Firestore — hosts the license database. See Firebase Privacy.

The Extension does not use analytics, ad networks, fingerprinting, or any other third-party tracking.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance.
